All of GyrosKnife.com’s electric slicers come with a 14-day money-back guarantee and a one-year limited warranty.  The limited warranty covers your slicer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than www.gyrosknife.com.

After the one-year limited warranty has expired, we service and repair all of the electric slicers we sell. We are happy to offer over-the-phone support to those who might not know about the ‘easy fixes.’ We sell parts for each slicer and offer in-house repairs. Please call to get a quote on service or send an email.

With proper care, our slicers are built to last. Please remember each knife is rated for the amount of meat that can be sliced per day.

If sending multiple machines, list each serial number and clearly describe the issue with each one in the “What is wrong with your machine” box. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Please note: All repairs include a $30 diagnostic fee— this amount will be fully applied to your repair cost should you approve the work.

In the rare case that we determine the cost of repair isn’t financially feasible, we’ll gladly offer you a brand-new machine at a discounted rate.

Please clean your machine before shipping to avoid a $30 cleaning fee.
